Welcome to Monon Outdoor Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By requesting our services, using our website, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

Monon Outdoor Solutions provides services including, but not limited to:

Junk removal
Lawn care and mowing
Landscaping
Mulching
Property cleanups
Brush removal
Leaf removal
Seasonal services
Other outdoor property maintenance

Services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

2. Estimates

All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time.

Final pricing may change if:

The amount of material differs from what was described.
Additional labor or equipment is required.
Hazardous materials or restricted items are discovered.
Site conditions differ from those originally presented.

Customers will be notified before additional charges are incurred whenever practical.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may accept:

Cash
Credit or debit cards
Electronic payment methods
Business checks (subject to approval)

Late balances may incur collection costs and applicable interest permitted by law.

4. Scheduling

Appointment times are estimates and may be affected by:

Weather
Traffic
Equipment issues
Emergency service calls

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays.

5. Cancellations

Customers should provide as much notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation or trip fee if our crew has already been dispatched or arrives at the property.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide safe access to the property.
Ensure pets are secured.
Identify underground utilities or hidden hazards.
Remove valuable or sentimental items before junk removal begins.
Obtain any required HOA or property approvals.

7. Prohibited Materials

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, we do not remove or dispose of:

Hazardous chemicals
Paints and solvents
Asbestos
Medical waste
Explosives
Ammunition
Illegal substances
Other materials prohibited by law

8. Property Damage

While we exercise reasonable care, customers acknowledge that outdoor work may involve inherent risks.

Claims for property damage must be reported within 7 days of service completion.

Our liability is limited to the direct cost of repairing verified damage caused by our negligence.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monon Outdoor Solutions shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages
Lost profits
Loss of business
Consequential damages
Delays caused by weather or events beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service.

10. Photographs

Unless a customer requests otherwise in writing before service begins, we may photograph completed work for quality assurance and marketing purposes. We will make reasonable efforts not to include personally identifying information.

11. Warranty

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner.

Because outdoor conditions vary, we cannot guarantee:

Plant survival
Grass growth
Weed prevention
Drainage performance
Results affected by weather, pests, soil conditions, or customer maintenance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions become effective when posted.
